We're glad you're here!
Whether you're just paying a visit or seeking to potentially connect further with the Body of Christ through LMC, we gladly welcome you! Please consider visiting our welcome center just inside the main entrance to fill out a Connect Card, or complete digitally here at your convenience, so that we can connect with you. Prefer to keep it lowkey initially without the connection? That's OK, too!
Information on what to expect:
We offer two services on Sunday morning. Our 8:15 AM service is more traditional in nature in that it offers traditional hymns and choir music. Our 10:45 AM service offers contemporary praise music. Both services bring the same sermon message. Arriving ten to fifteen minutes prior to service will give you plenty of time to complete a Connect Card and find a seat. Services generally run around 1 hour in length.
We have special parking spots near the main entrance for guests. After parking, enter the main entrance and visit the welcome center to connect with a greeter and complete a Connect Card. The greeter will assist you in finding a seat, or you are welcome to make yourself comfortable in any open seat.
Come as you are - our members wear anything from hoodies, shorts, and sweat pants - to suits, dress shirts and jackets.
We love having kids at service! Children aged 0-2 may be taken to the nursery upon arrival, located just outside the main sanctuary doors. For children aged 3 through 6th grade, your child will join you in the sanctuary for the beginning of the worship service. At the conclusion of the praise music, and prior to the sermon, your children will be dismissed for Children's Church for the remainder of the service. Activity packets for children are available near the main entrance. Children are welcome to remain in the main service as well.
On the first Sunday of every month we offer Holy Communion. We practice an "open table", meaning anyone is welcome to partake in the sacrament as they so choose. Each Sunday in service we provide an opportunity for those who want to tithe or give in-person. Many of our congregates give online, but some prefer the physical act of giving. There is no expectation for you to partake in this physical act of giving during the service.
We would love to connect with you further. If you completed an in-person Connect Card, or online, a member will reach out to you. We have a lot of great opportunities for you to serve in the church, or for you to take some time to learn and grow at your own pace. We are all in this together, so our church body is whatever you need it to be.
